Job Overview:
We are hiring an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate must have strong field sales experience, leadership skills, and a proven track record in the BFSI or Insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives
- Drive sales targets through effective team management
- Recruit, train, and motivate team members
- Conduct regular team reviews and field visits
- Build strong customer relationships and generate leads
- Ensure compliance with company policies
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in field sales with at least 1 year of team handling
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in BFSI, Insurance, or related sectors preferred
