Job Title: Area Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Target Achievement**:
* Achieve a sales growth of **40%** compared to the previous year.
2. **Institutional Sales**:
* Focus on institutional sales, which could involve targeting large businesses, government contracts, or other large-scale buyers.
3. **Field Visits**:
* Required to conduct **15 visits per day**, which means extensive travel within the allocated area (Jaipur).
4. **Dealer & Distributor Development**:
* Build and manage relationships with dealers and distributors to expand the company’s network.
5. **Outstation Travel**:
* Must be prepared to be **outstation for 15 days**, suggesting the role may involve travel to other regions beyond Jaipur.
**Ideal Candidate Profile**:
* **Sales Experience**: Ideally, the candidate should have experience in sales, especially in building dealer and distributor networks.
* **Travel Flexibility**: Should be comfortable with frequent travel and managing a schedule that includes daily visits and extended stays outstation.
* **Knowledge in Institutional Sales**: Understanding the intricacies of institutional sales, including negotiations and bulk sales, would be beneficial.
