Role description
Salesforce Technical Architect
Location : Bangalore Only
Must-Have Skills
- 9+ years of experience in software development, including 7+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud
- Strong knowledge of:
- Case Management
- Entitlements
- Service Territories
- Work Order Management
- Service Appointment Scheduling
- Knowledge Management
- Experience Cloud
- Proficiency in:
- Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
- Salesforce APIs: REST, Bulk, Streaming
- Event-driven architecture using Platform Events
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GIT, and deployment tools like Copado
- Expertise in designing secure, scalable integrations with ERP systems and other external platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and strategic planning capabilities
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience working in scaled agile environments
- Knowledge of Salesforce security models and configuration best practices
- Familiarity with Salesforce development standards, governance, and process design
- Experience conducting code reviews and driving consistent implementation practices
- Passion for continuous learning and innovation
- Preferred Salesforce certifications:
- Administrator
- Service Cloud Consultant
- Field Service Consultant
- Platform App Builder
