Education & Qualifications:
· Preferred Education: B.Arch, M.Arch, or Diploma in Architecture.
· Freshers are encouraged to apply, but relevant education in architecture or design is mandatory.
· Candidates with prior experience in architecture or interior design will be given preference.
Experience:
· Minimum 1+ years of experience preferred, but freshers with a strong educational background and portfolio are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualize and design innovative architectural solutions.
· Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models using industry-standard software.
· Conduct site visits to ensure project feasibility, gather requirements, and monitor progress.
· Liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
· Stay updated on current trends, materials, and sustainable practices in architecture and design.
· Prepare presentations and reports for clients and management, showcasing designs and project progress.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Skills Required:
· Software Proficiency:( Added advantage)
o AutoCAD
o SketchUp
o Revit
o 3ds Max
o V-Ray or Lumion for rendering
o Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for design presentations
· Core Skills:
o Strong understanding of architectural principles and design aesthetics.
o Excellent spatial planning and technical drawing skills.
o Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
o Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
o Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
· Additional Skills: Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices is a plus.
