- Design and develop sportswear collections, including T-shirts, track suits, jerseys, and custom teamwear for professional and amateur athletes.
- Conceptualize and design sports accessories such as helmets, and other performance gear.
- Work closely with the product development and sourcing teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely execution of designs.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to align creative output with seasonal campaigns, sponsorship needs, and product launches.
- Stay updated on industry trends, material innovations, and performance technologies.
- Prepare detailed tech packs, CAD drawings, and product specifications for sampling and production.
- Conduct fit sessions, prototype reviews, and ensure quality and brand consistency across all SKUs.
- Coordinate with vendors for sampling, trims, and fabric sourcing.
