AMC Sales Support
Job description
The Sales Support function plays a crucial role in enabling the Sales Team to perform effectively by managing backend processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role acts as a key liaison between the Sales Team and various internal departments, facilitating the smooth execution of the sales cycle.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sales Coordination:
Support the Sales Team by coordinating client interactions, managing meeting follow-ups, and preparing sales presentations or proposals. -
Documentation Management:
Assist in accurate and timely completion of client onboarding documents, investment forms, and KYC compliance as per regulatory requirements. -
Internal Liaison:
Work closely with operations, compliance, legal, and marketing teams to ensure smooth handling of sales-related activities and issue resolution. -
Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain and update CRM systems, track sales leads, and generate regular MIS reports for the sales leadership. -
Client Communication:
Respond to basic client queries, provide product or process information, and ensure prompt resolution or escalation to relevant teams. -
Marketing Support:
Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials, sales kits, product notes, and event logistics for distributor or client engagements. -
Compliance Coordination:
Ensure all sales processes adhere to internal compliance policies and SEBI regulations.

Role Requirement
- Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in Commerce, Business, or Finance)
- 4–6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within AMC
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Understanding of mutual fund or investment product sales processes is a plus
