Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end air freight export & import operations in compliance with international regulations.
- Coordinate with airlines, agents, customs, and clients to ensure smooth shipment movement.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, AWBs, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Monitor cargo status and provide regular updates to customers.
- Negotiate with carriers for competitive rates and service agreements.
- Ensure adherence to IATA, customs, and local regulations.
- Manage day-to-day operational challenges and escalate issues when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in air freight operations (exports/imports).
- Strong knowledge of airline procedures, customs documentation, and IATA regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of German will be an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office & freight forwarding software (CargoWise / similar).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Germany.

Pay: ₹11,091.23 - ₹24,925.21 per month
