- Monitoring shipment
- Discuss with Pricing take control of shipment from planning stage.
- Plan the Operations / Documentation requirements
- Preparing AWB Draft
- Sending Pre-alert (docs of export shipment) to the counter party as per shipment
- Communicate the status and follow-up
- Serve as a first point of contact in all communications concerning customer.
- Coordination with shipper & airlines regarding shipments
- Daily maintaining shipment status report- DSR
- Coordination with internal department for the shipment execution process.
Requirements:
- Minimum with 2-5 years customer service Air-Export experience.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Self-discipline, initiative, responsible, independent.
- Team player with good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Customer service oriented.
