Job Overview
We’re looking for an AI/ML expert with a strong teaching background to design and deliver impactful training programs—from beginner to advanced levels, including train-the-trainer formats. You'll mentor learners and instructors, lead workshops, and build scalable curriculum assets for global impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design multi-level AI/ML/Automation training tracks and assets.
- Deliver engaging virtual/in-person sessions and mentor instructors.
- Lead train-the-trainer programs and ensure content quality.
- Customize training for corporate/academic clients.
- Drive community engagement via events, blogs, and meetups.
Ideal Profile
- 5+ years in AI/ML/Automation with real-world project experience.
- Strong teaching background: bootcamps, universities, or corporate.
- Proficient in Python, ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow), and RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
- Data-driven educator, passionate about cutting-edge AI and impactful learning.
- Excellent collaboration and mentoring skills.
Preferred Skills
- Adult learning certification, MLOps, cloud AI tools, Big Data experience.
- Community contributions (open-source, blogs, speaking).
