About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AI-ML Automation Expert with strong expertise in AI Agent Development and LLM-based automation. The role involves designing and deploying AI-driven billing workflows, integrating cutting-edge GenAI frameworks, and ensuring scalable, production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI Agents for billing automation.
- Work with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, etc.) for workflow automation.
- Build RAG pipelines, embeddings & integrate with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.).
- Optimize prompts, memory, and context injection for AI agents.
- Evaluate solutions using LLM-as-a-judge, hallucination detection, and telemetry metrics.
- Collaborate with engineering & product teams for high-performance solutions.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong expertise in Python (API workflows, pipelines).
- Hands-on with AI Agent Frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, Azure AI Foundry, CrewAI).
- Deep understanding of LLM orchestration and multi-agent frameworks.
- Strong backend development skills and problem-solving.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year
