2. Centre Management and Facilities Management Ensure availability and maintenance of all tools, equipment, and consumables in all centers as per guidelines. Ensure the timely creation of batches.
3. Ensure 80% attendance Ensure proper training documentation in centers as per training SDP.
4. Ensure proper internal and external assessment in all batches. Ensure placement of 100% of candidates by identifying local-level jobs.
5. Mobilization of candidates for training programs through various kinds of sales and marketing activities.
6. Action plan on reassessment. Ensure SOP compliance.
7.Assessing the group’s needs and customizing training materials accordingly.
Educational Qualifications and Experience for Domain Trainer of Master Gardener Job Role as follows:-
Diploma (Landscaping/Agriculture/Horticulture): Minimum 3 years of experience in Gardening/Landscaping.
Graduate (Graduate in Agriculture /Horticulture/Forestry): Minimum 2 years of experience in Gardening/Landscaping.
