Mandatory Criteria (Must-Haves):

- Industry Background: Must be from Civil or Interior Designing industry.
- Work Type: Prior experience working from the vendor side is mandatory.
- Project Travel: Must be comfortable with travel as per project requirements.
- Availability: Immediate to 15 days notice period only.
- Project Type Experience: Should have handled procurement for interior fit-outs in Retail, Hospitality, and Commercial projects across India.
Role Overview:
We are hiring an AGM – Procurement to lead procurement operations for commercial interior projects. This role will manage vendor relationships, material sourcing, and cost optimization across retail, hospitality, and commercial fit-outs PAN India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop cost-effective procurement and material management strategies.
- Review BOQs, POs, vendor bills, and contracts for fit-out projects.
- Handle purchasing of all interior materials: wood, tiles, paint, ceilings, electricals, MEP, hardware, etc.
- Benchmark costs and build pricing models for PAN India procurement.
- Coordinate with project, design, and finance teams to ensure procurement efficiency.
- Lead vendor/contractor onboarding and management across India.
- Establish procurement SOPs and drive policy improvements.
- Ensure timely delivery and alignment with project deadlines and budgets.
- Maintain and report on procurement-related financial data and trends.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: B.Tech (Civil) or equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in procurement (Interior fit-outs).
- Skills: Strong negotiation, vendor management, cost control, and decision-making.
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to work under tight timelines.

Pay: ₹2,100,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
