We are seeking Agentic AI Architects with strong hands-on expertise in AI coding and agentic workflows to design and implement the foundational architecture for a leading aviation client.
Role Overview
This highly specialised role requires agentic AI architects who can design, code, and optimise intelligent workflows while laying the foundational architecture across aviation infrastructure and aircraft systems.
The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in transforming existing systems and processes through AI-driven automation, with all training, inputs, current structures, and design provided by the client.
Job Specifications
- Architect profiles must be capable of laying the foundational architecture for an aviation client, with a specific focus on AI coding of current aviation systems for automation.
- Candidates should have hands-on agentic AI expertise and be able to design, code, and draw AI architectures across key aviation areas, including:
- Infrastructure Foundation Architecture
- Runways, taxiways, aprons, terminals, and hangars
- Integration with communication network systems, radars, and towers
- Aircraft Foundational Architecture
- Fuselage, wings (for lift and fuel storage), empennage
- Powerplant (for thrust), landing gear, flight control systems, avionics
- Design and Operations Knowledge
- Aerodynamics, structural mechanics, materials science, propulsion, and flight dynamics
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic AI workflows tailored to aviation systems.
- Develop and optimise AI coding solutions for automation of existing processes.
- Define and establish foundational architecture for aviation infrastructure and aircraft systems.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure alignment with operational needs.
- Provide best practices and architectural guidance in agentic workflow design and AI integration.
- Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise standards for scalability, safety, and performance.
Key Skills and Expertise
Core Capabilities
- Strong hands-on experience in agentic AI coding and workflow architecture
- Proven background as an AI Architect within aviation or other complex enterprise domains
- Ability to design and articulate AI-driven architectures for large-scale systems
Aviation-Specific Expertise
- Infrastructure Foundation Architecture: Runways, taxiways, aprons, terminals, hangars; communication networks, radars, towers
- Aircraft Foundational Architecture: Fuselage, wings, empennage, powerplant, landing gear, flight control systems, avionics
