Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Aesthetic Trainer / Faculty to join our medical education team. The ideal candidate will have a solid clinical background in aesthetic procedures and a flair for teaching and mentoring healthcare professionals. This role involves delivering hands-on training sessions, theoretical lectures, and clinical demonstrations in cosmetic dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on aesthetic procedures such as:
- Botox & Fillers
- Chemical Peels
- Laser Treatments
- Thread Lifts
- PRP, Mesotherapy, and other advanced techniques
- Train doctors, dentists, and medical professionals in aesthetic protocols, safety, and ethics.
- Assist in curriculum development and continuous improvement of training modules.
- Provide post-training support and mentorship to participants.
- Ensure compliance with all medical and institutional guidelines during training.
- Participate in webinars, workshops, and conferences on behalf of the organization.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBBS / BDS / BAMS / BHMS with specialization or certification in Aesthetic Medicine / Cosmetic Dermatology.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on clinical experience in aesthetic procedures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Teaching or training experience preferred.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest aesthetic techniques and technologies.
- Ability to inspire, mentor, and build confidence in trainees.
