Working Hours: Aligned to USA Time Zone (9 PM to 5 AM IST)

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Advertisement Executive to manage, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Social Media platforms, Google Ads, and Amazon Advertising. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience creating, monitoring, and improving ad performance to maximize ROI and drive business growth. This is a remote position requiring availability during USA working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), Google Ads, and Amazon Ads.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates).
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create engaging ad creatives and copy.
Manage budgets and bids to ensure cost-effective advertising.
Generate reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
Troubleshoot ad delivery and performance issues promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media, Google Ads, and Amazon Advertising.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and paid advertising strategies.
Experience with Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Amazon Advertising Console.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency with ad analytics tools and reporting.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
Comfortable working remotely during USA hours (9 PM to 5 AM IST).
