- Respond to leads generated via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and web inquiries.
- Guide students and working professionals about various Cybersecurity Certification Courses (CEH, CHFI, CompTIA, OSCP, etc.).
- Explain course features, benefits, career scope, and answer queries professionally.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to close admissions and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the training team to ensure smooth onboarding after enrollment.
- Actively contribute to marketing campaigns and webinars when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in IT, Business, or related fields).
- Fluent in English with strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in academic counseling, edtech sales, or telecalling.
- Knowledge or interest in Cybersecurity and IT Education is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to achieve sales/admission targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable with using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
