Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one discussions to understand students’ educational background, career goals, and learning objectives.
- Suggest appropriate programs and certifications tailored to the student's profile and aspirations.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with students via phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Clearly explain course structures, schedules, pricing, and enrollment procedures to ensure transparency.
- Use CRM tools to track and manage leads, follow up consistently, and maintain engagement throughout the student lifecycle.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly enrollment and engagement targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
- 0–2 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or education sales (Freshers are also welcome!)
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong persuasive and decision-influencing abilities
- Good time management and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
