Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, and email regarding available online programs, course content, eligibility, and fee structures.
- Guide and support students in selecting the right university and course (MBA/PG/UG) based on their career goals.
- Provide detailed information about Online NMIMS, Amity Online, D.Y. Patil, Online Manipal, and Uttaranchal Online University programs.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversions.
- Maintain accurate student records and updates in the CRM.
- Build a trustworthy relationship with students and ensure a high level of student satisfaction.
- Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with backend and university teams for smooth admission processing.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in education counseling or EdTech sales (preferably online universities).
- Prior experience handling counseling/admissions for NMIMS, Amity Online, Online Manipal, D.Y. Patil, or Uttaranchal Online University is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment.
- Good understanding of CRM systems and lead management tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹36,104.76 per month
