- Student Counseling: Understand students' interests, career goals, and guide them.
- Follow-ups & Conversions: Handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, social media leads, and follow-up diligently to achieve admission targets.
- Admissions Process: Assist students through application, documentation, and enrollment.
- Campus Tours: Coordinate and lead campus visits to give prospective students a feel of the institute environment.
- CRM & Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM or Excel.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for events, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Feedback Collection: Take feedback from students and parents post-counseling for service improvement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in CBSE School.
- Strong communication skills in English and passion for counselling.
