We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Admission Counselor to join our team at Career companion institute. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, counseling them on course options, and helping them make informed decisions about their education in the field of computer and IT training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up with leads for admissions.
- Counsel students (and sometimes parents) about computer courses, certifications, and career prospects.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all programs offered by the institute (e.g., programming, web development, data science, cybersecurity, etc.).
- Assist students through the complete enrollment process – from initial inquiry to final admission.
- Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions, online and offline.
- Maintain and update lead management systems (CRM or Excel).
- Organize seminars, webinars, or open house events to promote admissions.
- Coordinate with marketing and faculty teams for smooth functioning of the admission cycle.
- Meet monthly enrollment targets and provide daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Pay: ₹12,007.62 - ₹25,000.00 per month
