Role and Responsibilities:
- Interact with prospective students and understand their academic needs and career goals.
- Counsel students about various courses, programs, and career options offered by the institution.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages.
- Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, conversations, and admissions status.
- Assist students with the admission process and documentation.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth onboarding of students.
