Job Description:
Shree Niketan, one of Chennai's fastest-growing New Age educational groups, is launching a new campus in Nolambur. We are looking for a Dynamic and Determined Admission counsellor to manage the student enrollment process for our new school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all admission-related inquiries, including those received via phone, email, and in-person walk-ins.
- Conduct campus tours, professionally presenting the school's vision, curriculum, and facilities to parents and students.
- Guide parents through the entire admission process, from application to enrollment, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of inquiries, applications, and enrollments using our CRM system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Admission Counselor, Sales Executive, or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the education sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office and a basic understanding of AI tools.
- Must be target-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, especially during peak admission season.
