Job Responsibilities:
- Handle student inquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Counsel students and parents about courses (NEET | JEE | Foundation) offered by the academy.
- Guide students in selecting the right program as per their career goals.
- Follow up with leads and ensure maximum conversions into admissions.
- Maintain student records and update daily reports of inquiries and admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for smooth admission processes.
Key Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduation (preferred in Education).
- Strong communication and convincing skills (Fluent in Hindi & English).
- Prior experience in counselling/admission/education sector will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer handling.
