Education: Graduate (any stream); Counseling/Marketing background preferred
Experience: 1–2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and parents
- Understand student needs and guide them with suitable course options
- Provide complete information about courses, admission procedures, fees, and schedules
- Handle walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp chats, emails, and online inquiries professionally
- Counsel students regarding eligibility, documentation, and application requirements
- Follow up regularly with leads through calls and messages
- Maintain student data and lead records in CRM tools or Excel sheets
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth onboarding of new students
- Actively participate in admission drives, webinars, seminars, and school/college visits
- Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets set by the management
Desired Skills:
- Strong communication (English, Hindi/regional language)
- Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality
- Basic tech skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours during peak admission seasons
