Are you passionate about helping students shape their careers? Join our team as an Admission Counsellor and play a key role in guiding B.Tech & BCA students towards 6-month, 3 Months or 45 Days industrial training programs in trending technologies. Role & Responsibilities:
- Counsel students from technical backgrounds (B.Tech/BCA) on available 6-month training programs (e.g., Web Development, Python, Java, Data Science, etc.)
- Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and in-person counseling
- Maintain admission records and regularly update CRM
- Achieve admission targets by converting inquiries into enrollments
- Collaborate with the training & placement team for student onboarding
Eligibility:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred)
- Experience: Freshers or 6+ months experience in counseling/education sales
- Skills: Excellent communication, student handling, and persuasion skills
