Currently, Naandi focuses on four major verticals - safe drinking water, academic support to underprivileged school-going girls, upskilling for unemployed youth and working with small farmers to provide end-to-end support on regenerative agriculture.

The CSR Youth Skilling Program by Naandi offers a unique mix of new-age skills to bridge the gap between academics and industry expectations. By imparting critical skills to the youth, the program also boosts their employability. The program has its presence in every corner of the country touching 19 states over the last four years, empowering more than 500,000 youth from various backgrounds. It is touted to become India’s most popular skilling program in the next decade.

Minimum Eligibility Requirement

Education Qualification: Any graduate

Experience: Minimum of 1-year experience in Office Administration. (Freshers can also apply)

Job Type: Full-time

Skills required:

● Excellent leadership, time management and organizational skills.

● Proven excellence as an office assistant, office administrator or in another relevant position.

● Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone.

● Basic Knowledge in MS Office

● Punctual and reliable

● Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines

● Quick learner with a positive attitude

Additional Considerations: Due to the nature of the role, including local travel for material procurement and vendor coordination, we encourage male candidates to apply. The role also requires flexibility to work beyond regular hours when needed.

Job Description:

● Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures

● Preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions

● Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes

● Assist in recruiting and training personnel for office and allocate responsibilities and office space

● Assess staff performance within the office and provide guidance to ensure maximum efficiency

● Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the centre to facilitate other office operations

● Manage schedules and deadlines

● Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints

● Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation

● Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons required for the respective centre (e.g electricians)

● Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)

● Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations

● Keep abreast with all organizational changes and project developments
