Education Qualification: Any graduate
Experience: Minimum of 1-year experience in Office Administration. (Freshers can also apply)

Skills required:
● Excellent leadership, time management and organizational skills.
● Proven excellence as an office assistant, office administrator or in another relevant position.
● Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone.
● Basic Knowledge in MS Office

● Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines

Job Description:
● Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures
● Preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions
● Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
● Assist in recruiting and training personnel for office and allocate responsibilities and office space
● Assess staff performance within the office and provide guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
● Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the centre to facilitate other office operations
● Manage schedules and deadlines
● Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
● Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
● Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons required for the respective centre (e.g electricians)
● Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
● Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
● Keep abreast with all organizational changes and project developments

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
