- Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain all official records, files, and project documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Audit Reports: Assist in internal and external audits by compiling required data, preparing reports, and ensuring all documentation is audit‑ready.
- Purchases: Coordinate with vendors and the procurement team for purchase orders, maintain purchase records, and track material or inventory requirements.
- Data Management: Maintain and update databases, enter and verify data, and generate periodic reports for management.
- General Administrative Support: Handle day‑to‑day office operations, follow up with different departments for required inputs, and ensure smooth workflow in support of business activities.
- Compliance and Record Keeping: Ensure that all records meet statutory and internal compliance standards and are easily retrievable for inspections or audits.
