Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors, provide assistance, and address queries professionally.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments & follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documentation.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages; route them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist doctors and medical staff with administrative requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
