Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate internal communications, and ensure smooth administrative support across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle office correspondence, documentation, and filing (digital & physical)
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for management
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely task completion
- Maintain office inventory and ensure timely procurement of supplies
- Assist in HR-related activities such as onboarding, attendance, and leave tracking
- Prepare and update reports, presentations, and data sheets
- Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain confidentiality of information
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic IT knowledge for troubleshooting and system coordination
