- Maintain and update employee records and files
- Process new-hire paperwork and orientation packets
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management
- Assist with employee benefits administration and enrollment
- Support the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job openings and screening resumes
- Respond to basic employee questions and concerns, and escalate complex issues to senior HR staff
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
- Complete other administrative tasks as necessary to support the HR team.
- Maintaining petty cash and reporting to finance department.
- Responsible for all the admin activities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
