Exp: 3-5 years in similar administrative-technical role
Qualification : Graduate/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or relevant technical stream
Age: Max upto 37 years
Max package: 4-5 LPA

Essentials:
He should be with a technical background to manage and coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks while supporting technical operations related to Air Conditioning systems, Electrical infrastructure, Water Purifiers, Fire Extinguishers, and related equipment. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between administration and field operations, ensuring smooth coordination between vendors, technicians, and internal
departments.
He should have good English Communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain inventory records and procurement coordination for technical
equipment and consumables (ACs, purifiers, extinguishers, etc.)
Handle AMC / CMC schedules, preventive maintenance plans, and service
contracts with third-party vendors
Ensure timely servicing, installation, and repair coordination for all
technical systems
Monitor and manage utility usage and efficiency reports (electricity, water,
HVAC, etc.)
Maintain documentation of safety certifications, fire audits, and equipment
compliance
Liaise with internal teams for facility support, including AC complaints,
power issues, and purifier servicing, etc.
Track vendor performance, escalate issues, and ensure SLA compliance
Provide administrative support for technical asset management, including
tagging, tracking, and disposal
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical, and utility systems
Excellent coordination, vendor management, and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with a problem-solving mindset

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
