Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office administration and general coordination tasks.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of records.
- Track and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate with couriers, and service providers.
- Handle front desk responsibilities including visitor management and phone calls.
- Assist in preparing letters, reports, and office communication.
- Ensure smooth upkeep and basic maintenance of the office environment.
- Support HR or accounts teams with basic administrative work when needed.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organisation and time management skills.
- Friendly, presentable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
