Role: Admin Executive
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our chamber’s day-to-day operations and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration, documentation, and correspondence
- Assist in organizing chamber meetings, events, and member activities
- Handle membership records, subscriptions, and related communication
- Support accounting and finance teams with basic documentation
- Coordinate with members, visitors, and stakeholders professionally
- Maintain records, reports, and filing systems
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Administration preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in office administration (freshers with good communication skills may also apply)
- Good written & verbal communication (English essential, Tamil preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
