Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations within the hospital environment.
- Supervise office activities, ensure smooth workflow, and coordinate with various internal departments.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Handle staff schedules, attendance, and leave management.
- Assist in vendor management, procurement of office supplies, and service coordination.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by management.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and administrative standards.
- Support senior management in planning, execution, and monitoring of operational tasks.
- Key Requirements:
- 8 to 15 years of proven experience as an Admin Assistant / Administrative Officer, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and capability to work under pressure
