Job Summary:
We are seeking a male Admin Assistant from Trichy to manage day-to-day administrative activities at our Trichy branch. The role includes office maintenance, vendor management, procurement, and coordination of facility-related requirements to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of office premises to ensure maintenance, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
- Handle rent-related matters, including agreements, renewals, and communication with property owners.
- Coordinate plumbing, electrical, and repair works in collaboration with service providers.
- Maintain stock levels of office stationery and initiate replenishment orders when required.
- Collect and compare quotations for printing, materials, and other administrative needs.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor and follow up on Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities with electricians, including full shutdown procedures every six months.
- Provide support in other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong vendor coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
