We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of handling official correspondence and daily administrative operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle official correspondence and proper email drafting
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Prepare reports, memos, and basic documentation
- Assist with office supply management and basic logistics
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the team
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in email writing and formal communication
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or other productivity tools
- Basic data entry or document formatting experience
- Professional phone and in-person communication etiquette
