Air Garb is an eco-conscious socks & t-shirt brand focused on comfort, quality, and mindful choices. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Admin Assistant (Fresher) to join our Coimbatore team. This role offers exposure to vendor management, logistics, warehousing, and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Follow-ups: Coordinate with vendors on orders, payments, and delivery timelines.
- Logistics Support: Track shipments, follow up with courier partners, and resolve delivery issues.
- Warehousing & Fulfillment: Assist with inventory, packing, dispatch, and order fulfillment.
- Customer Handling: Respond to emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp/texts regarding orders, returns, and queries.
- Admin Tasks: Data entry, report preparation (Google Sheets/Excel), and other daily admin support.
What We’re Looking For
- Freshers (0–1 year experience) are welcome to apply.
- Good communication in English; knowledge of Tamil and Hindi is highly beneficial.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace).
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn with a customer-first mindset.
