Role Summary
This role is responsible for envisaging and implementing design on a strategic and integrated level across all touch points of the clients brand and business communications while delivering high quality solutions such as digital advertising, social media optimization etc.
Key Responsibility Areas
A thorough knowledge of the following is mandatory for the person.
- Take ownership of reporting and trafficking of display, social and programmatic ads
- Take the lead on recommending and implementing new technologies and ad products and track success and progress by establishing relevant KPIs
- Work with the Operations Lead, and the product team, to implement a comprehensive reporting structure via GAM and Facebook to bring visibility and insights on performance to the sales and publisher support teams.
- Optimize existing Google Display Ads, Facebook Ads by monitoring and tracking performance.
- Ensure compliance of our Adstack with regulatory bodies such as GDPR and CCPA etc.
- Set up, test, and manage ads from a variety of third-party networks and SSPs, and Adservers like GAM, Revive, etc.
- Setup and optimize campaigns on Social platforms like FB, Insta, LinkedIn and Twitter
- Communicate with Vendors and Google rep as necessary to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Role Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on digital ad ops experience with an in-depth knowledge of setting up Ad Campaigns, QC, Optimisation and Reporting
- Ability to run experiments and comprehensive reporting in GAM and Facebook to analyze performance periodically.
- Prior knowledge and understanding of the publishing ecosystem, and Ad Networks
- Previous knowledge of HTML/Javascript, with an understanding of the technicalities of deploying an ad-configuration preferred
- A keen eye for detail with a passion for creating an amazing reading experience for end users and improving publisher revenue at the same time.
- Collaborative, and experience working with a completely remote team across multiple time zones.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of at-least 1-3 years in Ad-tech industry
