Job Profile: Activity Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
1. *Coordination and Communication:*
- Organize and lead daily morning assemblies.
- Coordinate weekly updates on activities to the Head Office (HO).
2. *Event Planning and Management:*
- Plan and oversee assembly and club activities for the entire session.
- Organize interschool competitions, house activities, and various events.
- Ensure proper execution of events, including paperwork and reporting.
3. *Exchange of Information:*
- Coordinate regular meetings for sharing updates and ideas.
- Maintain communication between departments to ensure smooth activity execution.
4. *Documentation and Reporting:*
- Update the DCM Project Program Page.
- Prepare reports for assemblies, competitions, and other activities.
- Submit photographs, videos, and other materials to HO for newsletters and yearbooks.
5. *Student Engagement:*
- Motivate students to actively participate in events and competitions.
- Manage and monitor student clubs and their activities.
6. *Awards and Recognition:*
- Compile results for competitions and prepare ranking sheets.
- Ensure timely issuance of certificates and awards for student achievements.
7. *Photograph and Media Management:*
- Capture and collect photographs and videos of all events.
- Prepare scripts and recordings for school magazines and newsletters.
8. *CBSE-Related Activities:*
- Conduct CBSE-mandated activities in classrooms.
- Prepare and submit reports to CBSE as required.
9. *Planning and Execution:*
- Design an annual activity calendar.
- Ensure smooth execution of co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
