Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounts and bookkeeping in Tally ERP or similar accounting software
- Prepare invoices, manage GST returns, TDS filings, and ensure statutory compliance
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, follow up with customers and vendors
- Assist with financial reporting, MIS reports, and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
- Handle petty cash and maintain proper documentation of expenses
- Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement tracking
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock movement with the stores team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / MS Excel
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Attention to detail, good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred:
- Experience in the electronics or manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with ERP systems like ERPNext is a plus
