Job Title: Accounts Executive / Accounts Officer
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate books of accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records (cash, bank, sales, purchases, expenses, etc.).
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with taxation laws (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.) and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely settlements.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Support management in budgeting and financial planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, MS Excel, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and statutory compliance.
- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Experience:
1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting (healthcare/hospital accounts experience is an added advantage)

Pay: ₹11,321.14 - ₹30,975.72 per month
