We are looking to hire an experienced Female Accounts Executive to maintain the general ledger, perform account reconciliations, assist with audit preparations, and carry out other accounting duties as may be required.
Candidate must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to maintain companies Financial & Accounts data, and Compliances up to the mark.
Must have quick knowledge adaptation.
Key Responsibilities: -
Maintain accounting records of subsidiary branches using balance sheet analysis and general ledger accounts
Conversant with Taxation process
Completes other accounting tasks as needed
Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
Invoicing Procedure
Vendor Reconciliation, Payments & Records
Determines the financial status and health of various organizations and businesses
Updates and maintains general ledger accounts by keeping close track of accounts receivable details and control accounts

GST Filing & Procedures
TDS Filing & Procedures
Preparing P&L
Helps secure sensitive financial data by assisting other team members with database creation and maintenance
Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
Performing other accounting duties and supporting other staff as required or assigned.
Reporting
Annual Audit preparations
Internal quarterly audit data preparation
Preparing Financial reports
Report weekly/monthly on the status of finances & accounts activities
Creating and presenting performance reports.
Track expenses in an organized fashion
Monitor progress using various metrics and submit reports of performance
Collaborate with marketing team & Directors in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

Educational & Qualification skills
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
Firm grasp of basic and intermediate accounting principles
Ability to perform elementary mathematical operations
Willingness to meet deadlines on a consistent basis
Working knowledge of taxation law
Experience: -
3 plus years of accounting experience.
Strong financial analysis skills.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly with Excel) and Tally

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
