Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, bank statements, invoice processing & maintain general ledger.
· Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
· Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, clients, and auditors.
· In-depth understanding of bookkeeping procedures.
· Provide support during audits and financial inspections.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field with minimum two years of experience.
· Excellent maths skills
· Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
· Good understanding of financial principles and regulations.
· Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
