Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Account Executive to join our growing team for an Australian process. The role involves managing accounts, building strong relationships, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in early morning shifts to align with Australian business hours.
Work Timings (IST):
- Monday to Friday: 4:30 AM to 1:30 PM
- Saturday: 4:30 AM to 9:30 AM (Australian Process)
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and sales pitches tailored to customers needs.
- Regularly follow up with existing accounts to upsell or cross-sell services.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customers requirements.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Provide timely reports and market feedback to management.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in account management (preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in early morning shifts based on Australian business hours.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
