Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accountant cum Tally Trainer with a solid foundation in accounting and a strong command of Tally software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting tasks while also delivering Tally training sessions to students or trainees.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting using Tally ERP.
- Prepare financial statements, tax filings, and reconcile accounts.
- Conduct classroom or one-on-one Tally training sessions.
- Develop Tally course content, training material, and practice modules.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest versions of Tally and accounting standards.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com)
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounting and Tally training.
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of Tally ERP.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage accounting tasks and train simultaneously.
