Key Responsibilities
- Financial Record Management: Accurately record all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Ledger Maintenance: Update and maintain general ledgers, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between bank statements and company records.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Compliance & Auditing: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and assist during internal and external audits.
- Budget Assistance: Support the finance team in budgeting processes and financial forecasting.
