Job Description:
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the accounting department in day-to-day operations. This role involves handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Record financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts on a regular basis.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial matters.
- Assist with internal and external audits as required.
- Maintain and organize financial documents and records.
