About the Role
We are hiring experienced accountants to manage financial operations for a real estate client. The role involves Tally-based bookkeeping, GST and TDS filings, reconciliations, and audit coordination. Prior experience in real estate or CA firms is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime (Cloud)
- Record vendor bills, journal entries, and property-related expenses
- Manage GST and TDS workings and filings
- Perform bank reconciliations and track payments
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and collections
- Coordinate with auditors for financial audits and tax assessments
- Act as a liaison for stakeholders including management, vendors, and customers
Qualifications
- B.Com or M.Com in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting and Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance
- Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Preferred: Experience in real estate or CA firms; Excel proficiency
