Client Servicing
o Roles and Responsibilities
o Communicating with clients via phone calls, emails, or in-person
o Identifying and resolving client queries
o Maintaining a detailed and accurate record of all client details and communications
o Building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with clients
o Ensuring to respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner
o Providing clients with relevant information on the products and services offered by the company
o Identifying and making promotional/marketing offers to potential clients
o Achieving the monthly/yearly revenue targets
o Performing on-site sales visits
o Requirements
o Any Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in any field
o Prior experience in any management, marketing, or client services field.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Good time management and organizational skills
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
o Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual
o Ability to maintain a calm composure in stressful situations
o Good listening skills
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively
o Ability to offer excellent customer service
o Ensuring that all the required documents of all the ongoing projects are updated in the record and with the client as well.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and CS (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
