Title: Account Manager - Client Relations
Location: Bengaluru (Remote)
Notice Period: Only for immediate joiners
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager – Client Relations to join our team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building long-term partnerships.
Job Duties:
Research and identify potential clients through online research, databases, social media, and other tools.
Market available consultants (bench candidates) to Tier 1 vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners.
Identify and submit consultants to relevant job requirements on daily basis.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors and clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT consulting space.
Lead end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
3–7 years of business development or sales experience in IT consulting or related services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, including enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, and managed services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
